I counted 2 in the last 2 games

I said this about a week and a half ago, and it seems to still run true. The good news is that nobody seems to really want that #8 spot. The bad news is that "nobody" includes the Buffalo Sabres.

Washington looks awful tonight... And Winnipeg will die off IMO.

We might make it just because the other teams are just as bad and maybe even worse then us

I enjoy watching my team in the playoffs. Making playoffs > Missing them. Plus at this point we won't get a top 5 pick anyways.

Unless they get the #1 or #2 pick, which they were never really bad enough to have a good enough chance to get anyway, their draft position will be no more or less of a crapshoot if they finish 13th or 9th. The NHL draft isn't like the NFL draft. It's all about luck.
